Terms overview
Learners must complete all core units and submit their assessment assignments to gain the accreditation.
All training within qualfications are non-transferrable.
A deposit of at least 25% of the qualification cost must be made before training can begin.
The full payment for the qualification must be made within the same financial year fo the first payment. Our financial year is January-December. See our payment terms here.
Learners not completing their qualification may cancel entirely at any point. Cancellations incur a flat fee of 25% of the original qualification value, not the value of the qualification at point of purchase. Depending on how much training has been completed, we may not be able to offer a refund.
For our specialist Diplomas run in partnership with PR Academy, you are liable for the full course fees even if you decide not to continue.
On rare occasions, we may need to make changes to trainers, programme specifications, course materials, published programmes, dates and locations. We will inform you of any changes as soon as possible.
