My role in the PRCA is based within the Apprenticeships department, where I assist the apprentices from the start of their programme through to going through to their End Point Assessment.

Barbara is the PRCA’s Senior Graphic Designer, with 15 years of international experience in visual design, events, print, and animation. Responsible for overseeing all visual output, she combines creativity with technical expertise to deliver dynamic and engaging designs. Outside of work, she draws inspiration from art, cooking, video games, and spending time with her two cats.

Carol has over 30 years of experience in Communications and Public Relations, with a strong focus on government communications. For more than 5 years, she has headed the CMS (Communications Management Standard) Accreditation Service at PRCA. She has worked in external quality assurance for over nine years and has held senior communications roles in four Northern Ireland Executive government departments, including leading the engagement for the restructuring of these departments.

Ceri Rowland is the PRCA contact for members in Wales and the South West of England. She collaborates with the national Chair in Wales, as well as the regional Chair and SW committee, to deliver events and networking opportunities. Ceri brings extensive experience working with membership associations, particularly in the communications sector.

Charlotte supports PRCA members across the Midlands, helping them connect with the association’s resources and initiatives. She works to ensure members have access to opportunities that foster collaboration, professional growth, and a sense of community. By building relationships and understanding member needs, Charlotte contributes to PRCA’s mission of promoting excellence in public relations and communications.

Conrad is Head of PRCA Mena. An award-winning journalist and editor with over 25 years experience across Europe, the Middle East and Asia, Conrad not only comes with profound insights into the communications landscape, but also brings over 10 years of advisory experience counselling ministers, ambassadors, diplomats and C-suite executives. Previously, Conrad worked for UAE national daily Gulf News and the region’s largest multimedia house ITP Media.

Danielle is the Director of Global Events at the PRCA, where she leads the delivery of awards and conferences designed to educate, celebrate, and connect the industry. With 12 years of experience in event management, she is passionate about the power of events to foster meaningful connections and drive success for both individuals and organisations. Outside of work, Danielle has a love for Spanish music, enjoys yoga, and is an avid scuba diver.

With over 20 years’ experience working within the PR industry across new biz, lead gen, marketing, sponsorship and talent acquisition, Debbie knows only too well how important it is to drive new biz opportunities for agency growth. Debbie provides our CMS member agencies with insights, learnings and tactics to achieve new biz success.

Dip is part of the Membership Team, lending a hand with admin tasks and happily helping out with any member login questions or access troubles. He also pitches in with various internal functions within the organisation and is always ready to help resolve any challenges while optimising our system processes.

Faisal is a strategic policy professional specialising in digital transformation, stakeholder engagement, and policy development. At the PRCA, he leads global research initiatives, including regional PR Censuses and Benchmarking reports, while driving thought leadership on diversity and inclusion. With experience in public relations, technology, and government affairs, he excels at fostering collaborative solutions that support our members and advance industry standards.

Falah Faisal Jafranni is the Head of Events at PRCA Mena. She manages the planning and execution of the association’s events, from flagship conferences, awards to tailored gatherings, ensuring they run smoothly and meet members’ needs. Falah works closely with stakeholders to deliver engaging and effective events that support PRCA Mena's mission and objectives.

Gabriela Weiss Clarke is the Communications Manager at the PRCA, where she leads strategic communications to improve the association's visibility and engagement. With expertise in public relations, media relations, and content creation, she drives initiatives that support PRCA's mission. Gabriela is passionate about ethical storytelling and creating impactful communication strategies across global and local platforms.

Admin assistant

Gill is a Belfast-based NUJ freelance journalist, marketeer, graphic designer and event manager. With many years' experience in the PR sector, firstly working in print media & publishing, then running her own agency, she has worked extensively in the charity sector over the last 15 years. Other areas of interest include agri, horticulture, conservation and sustainability. Gill is the Secretary of NUJ Belfast and District and a part-time horticulturist with a keen interest in urban greening.

From completing an apprenticeship to having several years of experience working within the apprenticeships sector, Georgia has gained insights from both perspectives which drives her passion to help others kickstart their careers through the incredible PRCA Apprenticeships programme.

International Graphic Designer

Henry is our Head of Membership here at the PRCA. He looks after our corporate members from potential members through to fully engaged members.

As Content Marketing Strategist at PRCA, Ike leads the social media strategy and collaborates with the comms team to drive impactful messaging. With expertise in graphic design and video editing, he creates engaging content that enhances brand visibility. Additionally, he manages and edits the PRCA Fuse Podcast, delivering compelling audio experiences to our audience.

Iman is the Head of Training and Development at PRCA. She manages the development and operations of PRCA training in the UK and ensures a cohesive approach across the global network. Iman also provides L&D consultations to members in collaboration with the Talent and Professional Development Director. Outside of work, Iman enjoys sharing her enthusiasm for food (perhaps in more detail than most people can handle!) with anyone who will listen.

Jaime's main focus is all things training, she is responsible for the setup and organisation of our classrooms. From delegate management before the event to follow-ups. She opens and manages the virtual sessions ensuring our clients have the best experience. She also oversees feedback, making sure we have the courses our clients want and assists with qualifications, from booking courses to tracking progress and issuing certificates and digital badges.

Events Manager

As International Engagement Manager, Jo oversees PRCA Africa and PRCA’s membership across Europe and the Americas. She plays a pivotal role in supporting members, creating international events, and championing ethical and sustainable practices. With a focus on member engagement, strategic partnerships, and advancing thought leadership.

Karen is responsible for HR and the office management at PRCA. She is also secretariat for the PRCA Management Board, Audit & Risk Committee and Membership Committee. Karen is also the safeguard lead for the apprenticeships scheme and is the mental health first aider at PRCA.

Journalist and broadcaster Leigh Purves has more than 24 years’ experience, spanning across the media and PR industry. Leigh has also worked for global brands, both nationally as well as regionally and is currently based in Yorkshire. Leigh leads annual media training packages for a suite of clients and offers bespoke media training days. Louise is the Senior public affairs and policy manager at PRCA. Louise oversees the PRCA’s engagement with Parliament and regulatory bodies ensuring that the interest of public affairs members is represented. She builds and manages key relationships with stakeholders and is dedicated to advancing the PRCA’s mission to advance standards in public affairs and PR.

Melissa is the International Director at the PRCA, leading our operations outside of the UK. She joined the PRCA back in 2016 when based in Dubai to lead the MENA regions activities and support our members. Now in the UK, she oversees the established regions of MENA, APAC and Africa as well as exploring areas for growth and opportunity to support the PR industry around the world.

With 10 years of Marketing and Events experience, Rebecca William serves as the Events and Engagement Manager (APAC) at PRCA APAC. Since January 2022, she has delivered key regional events like the annual PRCA APAC Awards, Gold Standard Awards and Corporate Affairs Forums. Playing a key role in the marketing strategy and business direction; Rebecca focuses on member engagement, sponsorships, partnerships and managing regional Groups and Networks.

Richard is External and Public Affairs Director at PRCA, and leads PR, policy, research and public affairs, including campaigns such as Pitch Forward that enable PRCA’s members to create the future of the industry. Previously he has held senior communications roles in health-related organisations, including a national volunteering charity, a professional Royal College, and a think tank, working across issues and stakeholder management, branding, advocacy and campaigning, and internal comms.

Souha Khairallah is the Director of Talent and Development at PRCA. She oversees the training department and ensures that the training programme is current, member-focused, and practical. Souha’s main priorities include staying updated with industry trends, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, assisting organizations in planning customised training, and developing the Leadership Academy.

Tara Munis is an accomplished leader in the Public Relations and Communications industry, currently serving as Head of PRCA Asia Pacific. In 2018, she moved to Singapore to launch PRCA in the region, showcasing her strategic vision and leadership. Based in Singapore, she brings over six years of expertise with PRCA, excelling in roles such as General Manager of PRCA Southeast Asia and Event Executive in London.
