- Kick-off 121 coaching including a DISC psychometric profile

- A final 121 coaching session brings the programme back to individual goals and drives accountability.
Outcomes and ROI
We ensure a result-driven feedback loop after the programme concludes;
- A debrief session for the main point of contact to share headline themes and feedback

Dealing with Conflict and Difficult Situations
This full-day course looks at how professionals can deal with different types of interpersonal conflicts using
problem-solving approach. Attendees will learn a number of de-escalation techniques that will help
them to resolve conflict and successfully manage difficult situatons.
The course also examines the root causes of interpersonal conflict and considers why people often
respond to conflict in unhelpful ways. Participants will have the opportunity to learn about their own
responses to conflict as well as a range of strategies that can be deployed in conflict situations,
whether this is with colleagues, managers, clients or members of the media. Attendees will have the
chance to practise using different negotiating strategies to effectively resolve conflicts like these.
