This bespoke half-day or one-day course can be delivered for senior leaders wanting a professionally-facilitated strategic thinking and strategic planning workshop, all the way to more junior staff who will benefit from learning to think and act more strategically. Through a Discovery meeting, Emanuela will understand your team’s learning needs and will craft a tailored course outline. Practical Project Management
This one-day course is ideal for professionals who want to quickly learn how to plan and manage projects in a simple, practical, and scalable way. Covering key project management concepts, participants will explore the full project life cycle—from setting clear objectives and defining scope to tracking progress and managing risks.
