Crisis Management and Public Affairs - In conversation with Nickie Aiken

Join us for a lunchtime session where we will hear from Nickie Aiken, who will be running the new 'Crisis Management and Public Affairs' session for PRCA. Nickie will share how her background working in communications helped her during her time in Parliament and as an MP. She will speak about the importance of using communication skills in public affairs and how this is intrinsically linked with successful outcomes. This taster session will set out how public affairs is a central component of overall crisis planning and how to use these skills in crisis management. The session will include a chance to ask questions.
